  • Review and creative information: synced reviews, generated creatives, captions, digest content, and associated metadata.
  • Payment-related information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited information from Stripe such as payment status, amounts, transaction identifiers, and subscription details. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage information: device and browser information, pages viewed, referral URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, and interactions with site features.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used to remember preferences, support login sessions, and analyze site usage.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • Create and manage your account.
  • Sync reviews from connected platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook) according to your connection settings.
  • Generate branded creatives and captions using third-party AI or creative services.
  • Deliver digest emails and, if configured, post digest content to Slack.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
  • Communicate with you about your account, reviews, creatives, payments, updates, and service announcements.
  • Monitor, prevent, and detect fraud or abuse, and enforce our Terms.
  • Analyze usage and performance to improve the Service.

3. Legal bases for processing

  • Performance of a contract, for example to provide review sync, creative generation, and subscription features you request.
  • Legitimate interests, such as improving the Service and preventing fraud.
  • Compliance with legal obligations.
  • Consent, where applicable, for non-essential cookies or marketing communications.

4. Sharing information

  • Service providers: with vendors that help us operate the Service, including hosting, analytics, email, customer support, payments through Stripe, and AI or creative generation services we use for creatives.

We do not sell personal information.

5. User generated content and public disclosures

Content you provide—including business names, locations, connected review data, and generated creatives—is used to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to connect review sources and to use any customer review content in accordance with platform terms and applicable law.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Account data, connection metadata, and generated creatives may remain accessible while your account is active or as required by law and our policies.

7. Your choices

  • Update account details in your account settings or by contacting us.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in our emails.
  • Manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.
  • Delete your account and associated data by contacting us.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
